EE are giving away free PlayStations with some of their SIM only contracts

SIM only offers are one of the cheapest ways to cut costs on your mobile phone, but the decent freebies are usually reserved for the high spend phone tariffs.

So we got seriously excited when we spotted this insane bargain from EE and Fonehouse, that gets you a completely free Sony PlayStation for £89.99 with selected SIM only deals.

And rather than offering the freebie on just one deal, Fonehouse has two different EE SIM-only contracts that you can bag the bonus PlayStation on.

You can choose between 10GB of data for £12 per month or 20GB of data for £20 per month – both of which net you the free classic Sony PlayStation.

On top of the free games console, each of the PlayStations also comes with 20 free pre-installed retro games including Destruction Derby, Tekken 3 and Grand Theft Auto.

If you’re not after a free PlayStation (even just to flog on eBay ), and are just after some solid data instead, we spotted Three offering another pretty impressive SIM only contract on their website.

For £20 a month you can get completely unlimited data, as well as unlimited minutes and texts, on a 12-month SIM only plan.

On the topic of SIM only offerings, Virgin Mobile are also currently offering 3x the amount of data compared to normal on some of their tariffs, meaning you can get 12GB of data for £12 per month.

If you want to see a full round up of the best SIM only deals, we’ve got a full list here – including the cheapest offerings from all the major phone retailers which start at £5 per month from iD Mobile.
