U.S. 10-year notes sold at lowest yield since late 2017

NEW YORK, April 10 (Reuters) – The U.S. Treasury Department on Wednesday sold $24 billion of 10-year government notes at a yield of 2.466%, the lowest yield at an auction for this debt maturity since December 2017, Treasury data showed.

The ratio of bids to the amount of the reopened 10-year issue offered was 2.55, down from 2.59 at the prior 10-year auction held in March. (Reporting by Richard Leong, editing by G Crosse)
