Trump Open to Letting March 1 Deadline for China Tariffs Slide

President Donald Trump said he is open to letting a March 1 deadline to raise tariffs on Chinese products slide as talks to end the two countries’ trade war continue, Bloomberg News reports.

“I could see myself letting that slide” for a while if we’re close to a deal, Trump said to reporters during a cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
