Boris Johnson announces new national lockdown

Boris Johnson announced that more strict coronavirus measures must be enforced in hopes of curbing the spread of coronavirus. During his address to the country, he declared a lockdown similar to that of March in 2020. New data from No10 sources has suggested the Prime Minister has been forced to act due to the rapid rise in coronavirus cases following the Christmas period.
